Lillian “Lilly” Arévalo is a bilingual (English–Spanish) Resident in Counseling (LMHP-R), Clinical Counselor, and Trauma-Informed Art Therapy Facilitator serving Fauquier, Culpeper, and surrounding counties in Virginia. As the founder of Kinetics Training & Coaching, LLC, she integrates clinical counseling, parent education, and skills-based coaching to strengthen individuals and families, offering bilingual parenting education, co-parenting consultation, and facilitating Two Homes, Two Parents, a court-approved program in English and Spanish. Holding dual master’s degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Business Administration, Lilly combines person-centered therapy, trauma-informed care, positive behavior supports, and expressive art-based interventions to help clients build resilience and create sustainable change. Committed to service beyond the therapy room, she actively empowers women and girls in her community and brings authenticity, advocacy, and compassion to her work—helping clients heal and build meaningful, empowered futures.
